The staff were polite and friendly. The dental procedure was explained and the Dentist and Assistant were very professional & focused. I was very pleased & impressed.
The dentist and hygienist team are amazing! The front desk should warn you before you get presented with a large bill before you have any work done. My last visit with x-rays was covered, but they didn’t tell me until after my cleaning that I am no longer in network. Bit of sticker shock for just a cleaning when you were expecting to be covered.
I’ve never in my life had bad dental work until my most recent visit here. Not only is the new dentist inappropriate (calling patients boo boo and baby) but the dental work is bad and now needs to be redone.
Dr. Nicole MaKhoul is wonderful very pleasant professional and kind. I had an enjoyable visit while I had several cavities filled. I know it’s hard to believe but it’s true.
