My experience with Westwood dental has been great up until today. I had a paraprofessional and a DDS have a communication breakdown that made me walk out and have no work done. This is the second visit to two different Westwood dental offices. The first was an emergency visit with the Campbell location it was dreadful considering the dentist look at me and immediately and refused the work. Last week Friday I went to get my wisdome teeth removed and I was so nervous and my anxiety was at a 100, but Chuly and Dr. Xydas made my visit so relaxed. Both of them are so great, didn’t feel no pain at all. I totally recommend them.
Dr Vageshi and Alex performed a crown procedure for me. It looks wonderful! They were very thorough and explained all the steps before proceeding. Would highly recommend them both!
My experience at Westwood Dental was more than excellent. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The office manager Chuly was very helpful explaining the cost breakdown (honestly some of the best prices in town) and even helped me find an insurance plan for future visits. The dental hygienist Alex was very patient and thorough with the X-rays and cleaning. Usually X-rays are difficult for me and can be uncomfortable but that was not the case with Alex. I went in yesterday as a first time patient due to needing to find a new in-network office and I was also having an issue with my bottom permanent retainer. I spoke to Alex when I called and I was able to get a same day appointment. Alex, Dr. V and Chuly were very welcoming, had great conversation, and made my visit very smooth. Dr. V went over my X-rays with me, explained my previous dental work in detail, and even did an exam to check for different cancers. This office will be my new dental home!
