The worst customer service I've every experienced. The receptionist was rude and arrogant. They dentist didn't care; he overheard and was laughing. When I asked him about the behavior of his employee he brushed it off. If you want to be treated like dirt or a best a 2nd class citizen, go to westwood dental. If you want to be treated with respect and like you business is appreciated, find an alternative. Plenty of other dentists in Houston the will appreciate my money.

Reviews of dentists tend to claim each doctor is either "PERFECT!!!11!" or "SATAN!" This is distinctly unhelpful, so I'll try to be specific. This dental office is easy to get to, but the area did not look safe. I had to walk past a guy smoking pot at 9am on a Monday morning to get to the front door. I felt nervous about leaving my car outside. I don't have a nice car or anything--the neighborhood just looked bad.
