Lots of annoying tenants there who are needy and try to draw you into their drama with other tenants Windows are drafty and dumpsters are nasty and they only have one maintenance man for 48 apartments
My girlfriend takes 485 there as a deposit on an apartment that's not even vacant not finished and had to wait a month,well somethings fell through a week later now Lou and this very rude lady Vicki( the lady needs serious training on being professional and not talk to people like a hood rat),she wanted her deposit back and has been getting the run around now for almost 3 weeks hope they like being sued. I wouldnt rent from people that dont respect anyone or thier situations.
This place is awesome!!!! I love it here and so quiet. Great people and close to everything .
