When I first started at Westwood 2 years ago, I counted all the minutes the therapists’ were late. The staff at the window were not very, friendly. However, most people just scream at them. Would you be friendly after all the mean phone calls they had to take? Or clients who never bathe stinking up the whole building? What about people throwing trash on the ground and refusing to pick it up, just to give their free drivers more work… The answer is probably not. After checking in for therapy, I was 'forgotten' about in the waiting room for up to 25 minutes on 3 different occasions. I never got my full 1 hour session. The last time I was there I asked what was going on after 15 minutes. The therapist had just got there because once again, I was forgotten. Way to 'help' people. I felt worse after my brief visits.
The "doctor" was cold, didn't explain the process and was more concerned with time than helping. A true joke for anyone looking for help, I felt more alone and suicidal after the visit with the "doctor". Do not go to this clinic they just want yes or no and give you a script.
Drove 40 minutes just for a court ordered assessment just for therapist to miss appointment.
