I have used Westwood Appliance a few times. Each time for a different appliance. Always repaired in a timely manner, and at a decent price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family or friends.

I have used this company two in 3 years. Both times were for my washer. I felt the tech that came out was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions I had. He didn't try to sell me on service that wasn't needed, but did what needed to be done. I felt the price was reasonable.

The knob on my dryer broke and I didn't know where to get another. I looked online and found Westwood Appliance. I called them- They asked for the model number, it was easily found, I gave it to them. They didn't have it in stock but said they would have it in the next day. But 4 pm the next day I had my new knob!! Very nice lady that answers the phone. If I need my appliances worked on I would trust them.. I will be adding them to my contact list.

Do NOT use this company. They will do nothing and cheat you out of your money. We needed fuses for our range hood. My husband called with the name, model number, etc., but when the man came he did not have any fuses with him. He said he would be back in two days with the fuses. He did not come. Nobody called. Days went by, so we gave up and bought the fuses at Radio Shack. Then, two months later we received a bill for $70. great service, kind sellers, unbeatable price – I found westwood appliance store in santa monica, online for a water filter I needed for my place. I felt welcomed by the sellers in the store and all of my questioned were answered. I ended up paying a very reasonable price than what I would have purchased online. Overall, I walked out of the store knowing that with the level of customer service, I had to leave a review for them. Thank you!

Follow up harassment! – As posted earlier, I did not have a very good experience. And Westwood Applicance did NOT fix anything. But wow...after writing that review, AL (supposedly the owner who came to my house) actually called my HOME to complain about the review! I wasn't going to tell the entire horrid, inappropriate tale but here goes...In addition to his wife and daughter (Darlene and Danielle respectively) being so rude, Al did come to the house. Westwood Appliance - simply great – I've been a residential landlord for many years now. Back when I first bought and remodeled my rentals, I used to rely on the warrantees that came with the appliances I bought from major retail stores. Neat Mom and Pop – I am so thrilled to have found this company. I had a brand new Maytag Washer. A month after I got it it started leaking. I called the manufacture, they could not get out for a week!!! They gave me Westwood Appliance as a servicer for them. They came out the same day!!!

Love this company! – I love this company! They are the best. I called them for warranty work in my Maytag dishwasher recall made them my go to company for my home and apartment building!! Thank you Westwood!!!
