I would give 0 star to Avanue Living. Worst experience ever
Quite bad experience today. I had appointment with westwood apartment at 2:30p.m., they keep on Sending me confirmation and reminding emails plus messages as if they are professional. Since I still stay in Saskatoon, I drove all the way almost two hours for site visit. I reached in time and waited up to 2:50p.m., no one there, no phone call, no email, no message, nothing. I had to call avenue living service line and was told that all property managers are busy busy, can't serve me, so they have to reschedule site visit for a... read more
The agents here are crazy! They will book an appointment for viewing but no one will come. You are the customer yet you are the one following up! We had an appointment in the afternoon, waited for 1 hour and was told someone will meet us but no one came! Wasted our time. I called them and I was frustrated and the person I talked to still had the audacity to be angry and raised his voice to me! They tried to call us for viewing again, but again, no one came! Never again and will not recommend this kind of service!!
