My daughter lived like 3 or 4 months in one of these apartments back in 2021. Carpet was soiled with cat urine, bathroom ceiling was moldy, blinds were broken, kitchen was greasy and filthy. Manager said that was my daughter’s responsibility even when my daughter just moved in. So she cleaned ceilings , walls and baseboards and kitchen. The other girl who was already living there in the other bedroom, did her best shampooing the carpet but it wasn’t successful.
