You don't want to live here especially in winter always has hot water issues the boilers go out
From my experience, this was the worst place to live. There were countless issues right from the start: the AC unit didn’t work, many things were broken, the place was dusty, the refrigerator was extremely loud (like a tractor), the water faucet kept dripping, and even the charging ports didn’t work. On top of that, the bathroom commode was shaky, the dishwasher was dirty, the oven had no lights, and the bathroom door lock was broken. We moved there in 2019. We lived there for over 2 years at Westwinds Village Apartments. It had became our home. It was the nicest place that we've lived in since we moved to Odessa. The grounds are always kept mowed and they recently made the swimming area nicer too. The management staff and other employees have always been friendly. I really miss our apartment!

Es lo peor como apartamentos los administradores son unos ladrones te dicen q pague esa deuda por no limpaira antes de irte a ellos q no vas a tener problemas y se lo pagas y aun asi me puso una deuda en coleccion despues q habia pagado son ladrones se quedan con el dinero y te ponen en coleccion demaciados malos y los aparatamentos estan viejos y feos y no te dan mantenimiento caundo lo necesitas son de lo peor
