This is one of the best clinics in Calgary, and the staff is very polite and friendly. Manal, who did my ultrasound, was especially amazing, so kind and helpful throughout the process. Thank you so much for the great care!
This clinic has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Calgary . I waited over an hour on the phone just to speak with someone. When the receptionist finally answered, they spoke to me with disrespect and zero professionalism. They refused to give my wife another appointment unless we paid for a missed one — with no flexibility, no empathy, and no willingness to understand our situation.
