This is where my family dr is, love the clinic and my dr.
The front staff was very polite, organized and helpful. They made the check in process smoothly and efficiently. Great first impression.
Worst phone service/ phone lines. Goodluck getting through to the receptionists here. No point of even calling this place when all you get on the phone is “there’s no available agent in the cue to take your call” and the automatic hangups. Tried calling over 15 times with no luck. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.
So based on input this medical clinic is considered a subpar option for those who are looking for a quality medical family doctor/general practitioner. Although the bedside manner of the GP's is amicable, the biggest issue is the scheduled wait times to get an appointment within a week and callback times for follow up with specialist doctors. It seems to take forever to get an appointment scheduled (with your designated GP) and even after the appointment the receptionists don't actually communicate the follow up information ... read more
