This place has been a joke since we moved in last September. My garage just stopped working, I follow the prompts to get my to after hours maintenance and if course it goes straight to a voicemail. What a joke
Don’t do it! I was a tenant for about 4 years, this last year I discovered bed bugs that had bitten my 6 year old. This is after they cut a hole in the wall because the unit below was leaking... I didn’t get a response about addressing the bed bug issue until I mentioned an attorney, I had just paid the months rent and pest control wouldn’t be out for a whole week!!! If you’re looking to rent from them they’re horrible management company never return your phone calls never replied to emails but quick for payment

Westwood has a place for rent at 23390 e Jewell Ave. Walking up to the place the patio area was full of trash, and lots of bird poop that looks like it has been there for at least a year. All of the other condos looks ok. That place is an eye sore.
