I live in Fort Collins Colorado And own a condo. The Willow Springs community Association is donating $500.00 dollar from our HOA fund and giving it to the Crawford child advocacy on a annual bases. That is" illegal" to be taking the peoples money for the HOA funds and donating. Us people are not be able to write that off on out Taxes. That is not right to do this to us home owns Plus. We have multiple rentals in various neighborhoods and different HOAs. This one is by far the most outdated, useless, money grabbing HOA management companies I've had to deal with. From having a very confusing online account platform to not having a easy way to set up auto payments to autopayment info getting erased every year so you have to re enter the information every time you get the unfortunate $50 late fee and the dubious $250 "Administrative Fee."!
