I’ve always had a great experience at west wind dental !!! No issue whatsoever ! Everyone is so friendly and just so helpful !!! Thank you guys so much 🙂
I had went to get a crown done, last minute they change my treatment plan and say I need a bridge.. I payed 500 out of cash and had insurance cover some just for them to turn me away with no treatment until I could dish out more money for the bridge… I’m now demanding a refund but it’s been almost 30 days and I haven’t been issued a refund or anything. I highly do not recommend this place.

This dentist has the absolute worst front office and billing dept I've ever dealt with. I saw them once for x rays and a cleaning in 2023, and they have been harassing me to schedule a new appointment ever since, even though I told them multiple times I am never coming back. They do not keep track of this in their system apparently, and just keep bothering me instead.
