Been calling for days
Very unhappy with Westwind and I will not bring my son Evan Lezama there again. When I made the appointment I wanted a cleaning, x-rays and exam for Evan. When we checked in I mentioned the cleaning, xrays and exam. He did not get a cleaning, no reason given, had the x-rays but sat in the chair for more that 30 minutes until a doctor walked by and said it looked like somebody forgot him. This dentist has the absolute worst front office and billing dept I've ever dealt with. I saw them once for x rays and a cleaning in 2023, and they have been harassing me to schedule a new appointment ever since, even though I told them multiple times I am never coming back. They do not keep track of this in their system apparently, and just keep bothering me instead. I’m writing to formally express my outrage with the completely unacceptable experience I’ve had at Westwind Dental. The repeated disorganization, miscommunication, and blatant lack of professionalism have caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a significant financial burden. Mala experiencia la última vez que fue hoy , llegamos y resulta que habían sacado a mi hija de la cita porque no habían confirmado , cosa que no tiene sentido Además de que había tratado de comunicarse con ustedes en el día de ayer que fue cuando mandaron el mensaje pidiendo confirmación y nadie respondió el teléfono , y encima de eso tuvimos que esperar más de dos hora para q terminara su visita
