My eye had gone from normal to swollen shut and not functioning over night, and one of their prescribing pharmacists told me to come in as soon as I called. She was kind, helpful and got me set up with antibiotic steroid drops that started to bring relief within a few days, as well as saving me the misery of a walk in clinic wait while I was feeling miserable. Thank you for helping me, and I wish I had gotten your name to thank you personally.
At least one individual at reception desk is very curt and anything but encouraging with my inquiries. I understand stress loads however there’s no reason to be unfriendly and robotic with patient enquires. No apologies for an inability to accommodate. Other staff are very friendly and accommodating. Doctor will not call by phone to assist patient enquiry but only sees you at an appointment. Nice clean facility. Never have to wait long. Staff is helpful and friendly.
The reception at this facility is garbage. Most medical clinics accept anyone renewing a class 1 driver's licence. It's always a guaranteed $150 payment to the clinic. Who said anything about becoming a new patient.
