We contacted them about us moving to Enid and just needed a place to stay until we found a home. He was supposed to email us the lease before we got there, never did. We paid for a month not knowing what lease says and thought he understood that we needed it until we found a place. We paid him for a month and stayed not even two weeks and he has never answered our texts back and will not refund the rest of our money.
