Westwind Dental Office Arrowhead. Run and I mean run as far from this place as possible. Horrendous care and staff. Doctor quitting in middle of treatment for dental implants. Wife now dealing with infections. Misrepresentation of Renew implants completion timelines and time for dentist to complete process. Renew salesperson just quit office. I had paid Westwind Dental for X-rays and a consultation, but never received either! I have called 3x to find out why, but no one ever called me back, and have demanded a refund, but to no avail. Their email has bounced back to me as incorrect. I am speechless. What is it with dentists in the Phoenix area?
left a voice message, said I was not feeling well for my appointment, they called wanting to know where I was , I called the next day , I was told their voicemail was not working
It there is negative star, would have given that! We have received the worse service from this place. Please do consider twice before committing your treatment plan. We went there for a flipper treatment since that's what the dentist recommended, it supposed to take few weeks. Three MONTHS later, not only we had not get the issue fixed, but the dentist told us to just deal with it. 0 stars. Avoid going to this dentist at all costs. The old dentist guy who works there is a scam artist. Will tell you that you have cavities when you dont to make a buck. Was told I had FOURTEEN cavities had half fixed by Westwind and had two dentists take a look and was told my teeth needed no work and my teeth were perfectly fine. He lied. He permanently ruined my mouth with ALL the fillings and two of my teeth were drilled too close to my nerve so I also have nerve damage. I will never return to this dentist again. 🙏🏽 ... read more
