This office was a most horrible experience. A crown that was supposed to be porcelain fused to metal crown was a PLASTIC crown. It fell out shortly after placed. I was referred to another office on 35th Avenue and Thomas for an extraction. The doctor fit me in between other patients for a complicated extraction. He wasn't competent and left infected root tips in my mouth. He told me to come back in a week to take the infected root tips out. He did remove part of my sinus floor. Neglecting to tell me that my actual dentist was no longer employed. I don't respond to numbing agents and have crazy sensitive teeth. Refused to give the medication I need just to tolerate a cleaning. Should have kept Dr. Winkleman.
