It has been extremely hard to get ahold of anyone in the office hopefully that changes as a new staff was hired for the desk. But I give 10 stars to Dr Ash, Tech Hector and I am not sure of the female tech is has dark hair and young . Dr ash made my dental crown right I am so happy today I could cry thank you Dr ash , Hector and other tech for helping me and getting it right means so so much to me.
We have liked everyone here. Very professional, very calm. Never make us feel rushed. Never make my child feel uncomfortable. The front office staff is stellar. Especially the office manager, Elena. She's helped us with some tricky insurance stuff, worked scheduling wonders, and I've seen her manage VERY difficult patients with incredible patience and compassion, while maintaining her boundaries and protecting her staff.
Run and I mean run as far from this place as possible. Horrendous care and staff. Doctors quiting in middle of treatment for dental implants. Misrepresentation of Renew implants completion timelines and time for dentist to complete process. Renew saleperson just quit office Complete chaos, last minute cancellations and staff being fired. Sent home after removal of lower jaw teeth with Tylenol for pain management.
I was rescheduled twice and schedule time off so I could get my teeth cleaned. Showed up this morning at 9:00 and the door was locked. Called and they said the dentist had an emergency. No one could call and let patients know? There were 4 of us waiting outside. I won’t be going back.
