To be fair, I will start with saying I was pleased with Dr. Grimms work, especially for a Medicaid Dentist(Only for Children). My frustration began with the highly rude office staff. I overheard a phone conversation the receptionist, I gathered the patient was calling to reschedule, and the receptionist was telling her that she was not rescheduling again(After an assumed excessive amount of reschedules).
