It was great experience while living in this apartment everything was well maintained.
Building is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs, and not being dealth with properly or informing tenants before they move in.
living there currently, moved in with zero knowledge of the infestation of cockroaches and bedbugs, when i called today to inquire, they feel that they don't have to tell us about it when you move in, i will be contacting a lawyer, as my child has gotten sick due to the multiple spaying's being conducted throughout the building
The building is infested with bed bugs. I found an adult female on my shower curtain. It's absolutely disgusting. When you give them proper notice to move out because of it and leave the appartment in perfect shape and the manager is happy with how you left things and says your damage deposit cheque will be in the mail. They will keep your damage deposit AND charge you extra and take your to collections. Avenue Living officially the slumlords of Wetaskiwin! Couldn't respond this company any less.
