I needed to move in on very short notice. Kaylee was super helpful and got the whole process done within a week. Communication has been excellent. They really pulled through for me.
I am rating this place a 0 star, but that’s not possible. As a guest, this place has unclear parking signs as to what is considered “guest parking.” I think they must have a mutually beneficial deal with the towing company to make revenue on cars that are towed. My sister has lived here for over a year now, and I have parked in guest parking over 5 times now, but tonight they want to tow me and charge me $400. This place has is absolutely messed up in the head and do not respect guest or residents.
