Had issues with the lock on my apartment right away, hard to turn, and I actually got locked in my new apartment the first night. Called the emergency after hours number, and they installed a new lock and keys about an hour later. Great staff all around. And a pretty quiet building also! So far so good at Westwind..

The host was extremely polite and friendly. Also the apartment is nice cozy. Has a nice family vibe.
