Honestly the staff here are amazing, the place is clean, and it's great location to be at. I just hope this place stays this way. Thank you Danielle for being awesome, helpful, and friendly.
Apartment is run down and falling apart. Ask about their pipe leaks in the garage before moving in. Best part is that they gaslight you about it until you move out and then they flip the script and try to charge your deposit for stuff their maintenance staff neglected when you reported it.
Not worth it comparing with surrounding apartments.. You can get better value for your money. Not a great job was done updating the units.. No painting or fixing was done prior to move in. Clogged bathroom on first day of moving.. Do not recommend. Satisfaction with apartment is 2/10.
I’ve lived in Westwind since July 3rd of 2022 to July 2025 and it has been an “okay” experience. (Pros list at bottom) They have had a constant change in management and I believe I’ve seen 3 groups come and go and now this last group is sticking it seems! The first group of people who I delt with (2022ish) had no clue what they were doing. I was given keys to my “new unit” and when I opened the door the people who lived there before me were still there (on July 3rd) I never got new carpets because the carpet guy was “fishing... read more
3 months to fix the air conditioner. The last day I was told my apartment was hard to get into when all I needed was 24 hours notice to make sure that I had the area clear for them to get to the HVAC. The maintenance people have been nothing but supportive, but I was not told about the portable air conditioner. We could’ve been using for the three months our AC was out. The leasing office communication is not always the greatest.
