I’ve lived in Westwind since July 3rd of 2022 to July 2025 and it has been an “okay” experience. (Pros list at bottom) They have had a constant change in management and I believe I’ve seen 3 groups come and go and now this last group is sticking it seems! The first group of people who I delt with (2022ish) had no clue what they were doing. 3 months to fix the air conditioner. The last day I was told my apartment was hard to get into when all I needed was 24 hours notice to make sure that I had the area clear for them to get to the HVAC. The maintenance people have been nothing but supportive, but I was not told about the portable air conditioner. We could’ve been using for the three months our AC was out. The leasing office communication is not always the greatest.
They made my moving process as simple as possible maintenance request get attended too very quickly
Danielle was amazing!! She’s the reason I want to live here. She was so positive and reassuring with her purpose for being here. I need these kind of interactions in my life. Give her a raise!!!
