Would not recommend this place after driving an over an hour to get there? Only to find out they did not have the key to the truck I had came to look at. It was a waste of time.

Scam of a car dealership. Signed a contract, took a deposit, and then sold the truck to someone else for more 2 days later. I have been loyal to ford for decades and this is the first time I have been exposed to this dealer and I would urge anyone and everyone to stay far away. Dealers like this are the reason the industry has the reputation it has.

I received a recall on my ********************* February 2024. I contacted Westway Ford in February, the closest **** dealer to me, about this recall. They have told me they don't have the part and they'll call me if the part comes in. I took the car in today, November 18 after multiple phone calls over the summer, and they said nope don't have the part, we'll call you. This has been ongoing for 10 months. The vehicle I wanted had sold, but they were honest with me about that before I drove to the dealership. I’ll continue to shop their dealership. Honesty goes a long way for me.
Westway Ford uses deceptive sales practice and the bai and switch on new and used cars. At first I was told I was approved for a 2024 **** Bronco Sport but then told I was approved for a 2023 ******* *******. I signed the papers and never got a copy of my contract. And there was a loud noise coming from then enhine or transmission. while driving on the highway. They made me finalize with the bank and then said to trade the car in for what I wanted. The response was quick. My dealer was very patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions. She got me approved for a brand new model. They made sure I was happy with my purchase, and I am.
