Poor Customer Service.. all they offered was to cancel my order after I ordered what was in the picture. There was no description of what tools were in bundle. So of course you go off picture. Suggestion would be to fix the website and have accurate information and offer more than just canceling a order when it was your mistake
Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!
Now that BOTH Graybar and Colonial Electric are closed on Saturdays - Westway Electric in Upper Darby is a great choice, great service and I feel better supporting a small, local business!
