highly recommend! Cassie O’Quinn was so helpful and amazing & super fast getting me approved for an apartment would definitely recommend to others!
I had a water leak that wasn’t my fault. It was a pipe behind the wall. This happened in late April 2025. I kept going to the rent office to check to see if the contacted the water people. Of course they was lying to me saying yes they had contacted them. I get home today and my water is off!! Not from me not paying my bill; because I was still paying 60.00 on the bill monthly. When my bill is normally 40 bucks. Don’t look for them to handle business; just look for them to take your money monthly.
Awesome place to live! I love it! The office staff an the General Manger are very understanding. An maintenance is quick to respond.
