We came for breakfast this morning, ordered two croissants and they were stale, dry and hard. We requested for the crossants to be toasted but they were burnt on the top. when I pointed this out to the staff, she just said they were ordered the the day before, was her only explanation (shouldn't they be freshly ordered in every day?)and no apologies. The hot drinks were luke warm even though I asked for extra hot. The staff served us were not friendly at all. We will definitely not coming back here again.
