Michelle Rodriguez is an excellent manager. She is responsive to our needs and cares about the community. She is very good at communicating with the community and finding excellent companies to take care of our buildings, our roads, and our landscaping needs. We are very fortunate to have her as our manager
I lived at a property that Westward360 managed the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse only. They did not take care of the condo complex that I formally lived at, they charged a rush fee for closing documents even when asked weeks in advance, which the state of Illinois does not allow, they made me pay twice, once at closing and prior to closing at quarterly fee for a time when I would not live at the property.
