Updating this review: going from generous 5 stars to 3. As the President of our smaller HOA (24 units) we have found that the much of the community management services with Westward360 are definitely lacking quality. We signed with them around 2-3 years ago and, after they ensured us manager turnover rates won't be an issue, we have had 3 different managers and numerous different assistant managers. This place is a miserable property management company.
They outsource all calls overseas- You will never talk to anyone stateside and your request for a call back seems to go unanswered. Finally- they started to charge the owners for rental agreements to be uploaded on their platform. $175
As the President of our smaller HOA (24 units) we have found that the management services with Westward360 have been great, especially compared to pervious companies we've worked with. We currently have Steve as our manager and consistently work with Andres as well. They have both been great to work with.
