I am an owner of a unit in Parkway Condominiums in SE Denver and am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of integrity of Westward 360. They refuse to repay negligent accounting amounts and state we should have “reminded” them about agreed upon responsibilities. Difficult to work with, with high Manager turnover.
I’m very upset with the way Westward360 has handled our property. In over 10 years of experiencing different management companies, this one is by far the worst. The lack of sympathy and excuses made when you need something is appalling, and this company will not help you. They’ll just take your money.
They were negligent in the management of our condo leading to costly repairs which could have been easily mitigated had they been diligent in communicating properly with our BODs and following through with designated maintenance. We are extremely disappointed in their lack of responsibility/accountability. Their manager turnover rate, along with their inability to properly communicate with the BOD and community, lead to constant mismanagement requiring our BODs to step in.
Very disappointed. Funds mismanaged or “misplaced”, contracted work not completed with no accountability for the resulting property damage. Would never recommend.
They have mismanaged over $73,000 from our HOA, which included double paying for the same insurance company and missing payments for a balcony and roofing cleaning, which ended in significant water damage to my condo and 3 others due to clogged gutters. They refused to pay previously agreed upon amounts for contracts we had with them on different projects, and they are making no effort to make up for the mismanaged funds or water damage.
