If I could give Westward zero stars, I would. As a board member of our association, I’ve been requesting a refund since April 2025 for funds Westward mistakenly used from our account to pay another association’s bills. Absolute joke of a management company. I write about an inquiry in April they respond in June. To say they do the bare minimum would be too kind to them. If you have a choice do not use this farce of a management company.
I had a great experience working with Westward360, and I want to specifically recognize service technician Eric Trujillo for his outstanding support. I recently dealt with a situation involving property damage and needed help locating security footage. Eric was incredibly communicative, responsive, and quick to act. Employees have no interest in doing their job. Hung up on my contractor after he requested the water be shut off. Water shut off was approved by Michelle Courtney, her boss Elizabeth Ortman won't call me back. Her boss Marsha Nolan won't call me back. If you're looking for a management company I suggest you look elsewhere.
Do not have much history with Westward360. Whatever communications i have had with Westward360 have been fine.
