Dont use this company, they overcharge for services and rip you off!!
Property management? Laughable! Can't receive owners payment through their own portal online. Or Can't actually credit your payment to your account. Happened twice now. Customer service is terrible. Property manager just as bad at returning calls. Hoa meetings are poorly run. Overall I wouldn't recommend WESTWARD 360 for anything!
TERRIBLE. No one ever responds after multiple attempts at calling, texting, emailing.. And if you do even get a response, workers are beyond incompetent. What are we even paying this business for? I’m convinced they are just scamming people at this point. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for an actual professional business.
