I lived at a property that Westward360 managed the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse only. They did not take care of the condo complex that I formally lived at, they charged a rush fee for closing documents even when asked weeks in advance, which the state of Illinois does not allow, they made me pay twice, once at closing and prior to closing at quarterly fee for a time when I would not live at the property. Beware of this real thief company. I have a commercial building next to this management company for a condo HOA managed by Westward 360. They agreed to park their tenants' cars in my parking lot for two nights and agreed to pay $500. Their tenants parked in my lot for continuous two weeks which bother my own tenants.
