It’s rude and unprofessional
Unhappy with the customer service at Westward Storage. They allowed a 55ft + gooseneck flat bed work trailer to be parked in a 40ft covered space right next to my space. My 2025 Keystone travel trailer is 40ft on the bigger side. The flatbed gooseneck trailer is not allowing me to park my brand new travel trailer properly taking away my angle. Changed my review to 5 stars. The oversized 60ft flat bed trailer in the 40ft covered parking spaces is gone. It did disappear for a while and reappeared. I’m hoping it doesn’t come back. As long as it’s not there I’m happy. Keep up the good work.
