RecommendedI have live here for almost 7 tears through 2 property management companies. We have the best staff right now John & David take of all our maintenance issues. Dianne, Nikki, & Maryann takes cake of the rest.
I can’t wait to get out of here!! Upstairs tenants are beyond rude!! Loud, they could care less that someone lives below them. Front office did absolutely nothing. Had video and everything to show them. They literally shake our whole apartment. Not to mention they blare their television until 2 am in the morning!! Two young girls that have absolutely no respect for anyone! I will say we did enjoying it until they moved in upstairs from us.
Does not respond to resident requests. Takes For-freakin-ever to renew leases. The garbage compactor breaks monthly leaving piles of garbage piled up everywhere for a week.

These apartments are unsafe. There is no secure entry so anyone can come into the building off the street. There is a peeping tom in the area and the office staff has refused to secure the buildings or take any other precautions for its residents. I have lived here for a year with my young children and have had a man looking in my windows late at night. There are no cameras on site for the safety of residents
