Where do I begin? I lived here for about 4 years and let me tell you the only thing I liked was the neighborhood. The manager Carmen.. the worst person you would ever meet. She is rude, racist and breaks the law. I had the apartment professionally cleaned so I can get my deposit back and she still took money away from my deposit for a cleaning fee and legally you need to provide an invoice.
