They have bedbugs!! I have a friend who lived there and she stayed somewhere else for a few weeks, because that's how long it took to bet rid of the infestation, and they would not refund her anything for rent! As a matter of fact when she tried to move out they threatened to take her to court because she didn't give the whole 30 day notice!! So she decided to pay the last month rent with a 30 day notice and didn't even live there while they finished exterminating which took weeks!!!! And NO compensation what so ever in rent... read more
My husband and I have lived here for 7 years and with very few issues! Maintenance is quick and helpful, the apartment manager is kind, and rent increases have been extremely modest and manageable. My only complaint was that we no longer have a pool. Otherwise it has been great!
Unhappy they removed the pool so now we have zero amenities but maintenance is quick and management is good
*DISCLAIMER* My honest review is ZERO STARS. For starters the manager is rude ! They do not update anything while having old appliances. My family was charged for cleaning services i did MYSELF before moving out. They removed the pool because they didn’t want to pay the maintenance fees so now there are no amenities. Absolutely would NOT recommend unless you like to deal with inconsiderate, rude , a racist manager , and old appliances accompanied with the smell of cats
