Firstly, I'd just like to state that this is my opinion, you can take it or leave it. I know each situation with different people may be different but I do want to state that the majority of people would agree with what I'm about to say in regards to the management but mostly the corporate office. When we had first moved into this place it had banners up all over stating that they were newly remodeled. Rarely had responses to issues occurring in the apartment. When trying to schedule repairs they would never follow through with completed maintenance. For the first nine months we had a total of 11 maintenance issues some never being resolved. Worst renting experience I’ve ever had.
(DO NOT RENT HERE) This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in and many others who were living here would say the same. The people who've not left a review about this place are just a little less vocal or opinionated as me and that's ok. Great apartment complex, it’s newly renovated and very spacious for the price. Walking distance to most of the town center, and management had been stellar and so kind. I’ve incredibly pleased with my experience moving in and getting to westvue, especially after a terrible experience at my previous space. Thank you Steve and Westvue!
