This management company is managing the building where I live. Parties on the rooftop are going on for 3 months and they didn't do anything to stop them. The last one ended with shooting, people are selling and taking drugs on these parties. Trash area looks terrible and I saw a homeless inside who was taking drugs by injecting something inside trash area. I assume that they have the same approach to managing all buildings.

We have lived at Westvue Apartments for 2 years. We were here when they put in a doggie park, it is perfect if you have animals! Also the clubhouse is amazing, it is new and you can rent it out for parties, full kitchen and tv room, exercising room & more! The apartments here are spacious and have new appliances! The rate is reasonable for one and two bedrooms. The neighbors I have found and talked to have been friendly. Firstly, I'd just like to state that this is my opinion, you can take it or leave it. I know each situation with different people may be different but I do want to state that the majority of people would agree with what I'm about to say in regards to the management but mostly the corporate office. When we had first moved into this place it had banners up all over stating that they were newly remodeled. We have been here a couple of months and are really happy, especially with the new management. Manager Amber has been fantastic, she is responsive, proactive, and truly cares about the tenants. It’s great to see someone who takes action quickly and keeps things running smoothly
