Don't bother making an appointment if you work full time and can't call them back to confirm your appointment within their business hours. Not only did they cancel my appointment without letting me know, but they let me check in for the canceled appointment, let me wait for 45 min before coming over to tell me that they had given my appointment to someone else cause it was never confirmed. No apologies. Will be going elsewhere.
I had a great experience with Dr Pham. He is excellent at communication-everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed. He’s very honest and genuinely cares about what’s best for your eyes. I also really appreciate that my appointment started right on time. It’s rare to find a provider who’s so professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
Always had great appointments. Dr. Pham is friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to answer my many questions. However, didn’t appreciate the recent prescription being too strong. Went elsewhere & got it adjusted.
Delightful staff. Appointment was on time and the help for selecting glasses was attentive.
