As soon as this company changed from Tut and Tut Properties to Storyboard, their management has gone to trash. A pipe burst in an apartment in the floors above me well over a year ago. They have attempted to force me to move on multiple occasions, and have entered my apartment without my permission at least once. They lost the key to my apartment and I had to provide them with a new one, god forbid a pipe had burst in my own unit. The place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, quiet, safe, all the things. I’m leaving a 3 star because my experience has been absolutely terrible from the day I signed the lease. I wouldn’t say don’t rent/live with Storyboard because I don’t think they’re bad overall, this is just my personal experience. Whoever is answering the phones or responding to emails (if you’re lucky enough to get a response) is terrible. Several times I’ve reached out to management, no response.
