This place is great! They are quick to respond to emails & maintenance calls. I am giving it 4 stars because I was excited for a pool, but the pool is no longer in service.

As soon as this company changed from Tut and Tut Properties to Storyboard, their management has gone to trash. A pipe burst in an apartment in the floors above me well over a year ago. They have attempted to force me to move on multiple occasions, and have entered my apartment without my permission at least once. They lost the key to my apartment and I had to provide them with a new one, god forbid a pipe had burst in my own unit. They have yet to make any real effort to make any repairs on my unit, and they are essentially ... read more
