The ladies in the front office are incredible. They are always kind and attentive to any of our needs whenever we need to stop by. They even have free coffee upfront! haha we’ve lived here for the last two years and it’s been amazing
Ricardo from the Westview team has been extremely helpful. He handled the issues with professionalism and care. What I really appreciated was how thorough and polite he was—he explained what he was doing, made sure everything was fixed properly and followed up to be sure I was satisfied.
Westview has always been great to us as residents and has been a wonderful place to live over the years. The customer service of the staff is always top notch and it is a well kept, clean, and beautiful complex.
This was my first time meeting Ricardo here at Westview and WOW, what an incredible experience! He was friendly, professional, and got the maintenance work done quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and he had lot a knowledge regarding the work he was assigned to do, and I truly appreciated the care he took. I moved to Westview in 2019. It had been years since I lived in an apartment and was concerned about not feeling like I had a home. The design and upgrades of my apartment and complex make me feel like i am living in a resort and a home. The customer service by Hannahans and Ebony in the leasing office is always above and beyond.
