Don't let your loved ones live here. They are heartless cruel management. My mother passed shortly after getting her stuff moved into this place. I live 8 hours away in another state and they are only open 3 days a week to try to make arrangements to get my mother stuff out after she passed away. They gave 14 days yet they only open 3 a week. They had to stand guard for us to move stuff out we had one day to do this and little help because we had to do it on a weekday. 7 hours to try go through my mothers belongings and get ... read more
Under new management. Seems as if the new owners are serious about getting west view cleaned up.
If I could I would leave zero stars. I will say the apartment is in a nice location. That is where it stops. The Warden (aka manager) is not friendly at all. Also the Warden will not allow use of the rec room. First it was due to the pandemic and now it is because of the bed bugs. From what I can gather, the bed bugs have been an ongoing issue for at least 2 years (don't know if that is fact that is the gossip I heard).
