Is it perfect? No. Is it old? Yes. Is response to service requests slow? Sometimes. But overall, it's a wonderful apartment, quiet and pretty location, kind neighbors, very reasonably priced, and most importantly has an honest landlord who will treat you fairly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this anyone who's okay with sacrificing a modern feel to save money
Great location, spacious but with old appliances. Landlord is nice. My biggest issue is that it is not sound proof. Depending on who your neighbors are, weekends may become noisy until 3am, and apparently some unit cooks after midnight which will also be heard across the thin wall. Great for deep sleepers!
