Great location, spacious but with old appliances. Landlord is nice. My biggest issue is that it is not sound proof. Depending on who your neighbors are, weekends may become noisy until 3am, and apparently some unit cooks after midnight which will also be heard across the thin wall. Great for deep sleepers!

I've lived here for 6 years, and cannot say enough good things about the building, and the experience at large. The buildings are beautiful on the inside and out: original 1920s features like ceramic spouts on the sinks and chrome features in the kitchens make each apartment unique. But mostly I'm writing a review because the landlord and the maintenance guys are really helpful, nice people. These folks make living in Westview a wonderful experience.
