Unprofessional Headline says it all. Yet another NJ rental group lacking tact. Would not recommend.
Average Maintenance / High Rent Current Resident...Unfortunately, my experiences when it comes to getting service for issues usually ends up in me having to open up multiple requests to get the issue resolved. We recently had a massive snow fall. Took them 2 days to plow the parking lot. Multiple residents including me were unable to park.

Worst maintenance I had ever seen Spacious apartment but Maintenance is worst I had ever seen , I have been calling from January, till today (April) Non of my services are done ? They come they leave the documents that your service is done while you are not at home and actually problem is still there , I found mouse ?? the another day in my house ?? Still nothing done,

Better choices out there. First off, there are around 50 apartments at the complex an only 4 washers and dryers so good luck doing laundry here. 8 of the apartments are not included in the free heat, you pay for everything, even the water meter. Those would be the first two buildings in the complex, so expect to pay more for them and the SqFt is higher than advertised. Westview My apartment complex is small and inviting. It is Pet friendly which is very important to.me. the apae is very bright and open. Has decent sized closet space, hardwood floors throughout. The rooms are a nice size although kotxh is a bit small. Laundry is on premise. We just pay for cable and electric. Being in North Jersey, they don't do a great job with the snow removal so the parking lot is a bit challenging in the winter.
