I have never had or known anyone that's had a positive experience dealing with this place.

I had to make a painful and hard decision, and my veterinarian was amazing. I wished I remembered her name. She was patient, kind, compassionate, and very thorough in her analysis of Betty. Even though I was in shock from the dire news she had to deliver, she was so good with acknowledging my pain and was with me the entire time until the end and was so caring. I know ER vets have a very tough job, so I wanted to say thank you for everything she did.
They were available and recognized immediately that our cat was in critical condition and stabilized him quickly. They had good bedside manner and kindly and clearly explained what was happening and how best to proceed. They saved our baby!
As a retired Healthcare provider, I was not happy that the care requested revolved mainly abound money. After brief discussion of my dogs problem it was stated ok we will start at $650 to proceed. Are you ok with that?. And what opption do you have? Pay or we stop here? Price of $650 for an exam and x ray is exorbitant. Single view x ray and still had not spoken to a vet. Unless your pet is dieing on the spot I would refer or recommend others to seek more affordable care elsewhere that the care is not focused around money.
