Tony B helped us with our AC unit & was so kind and personable!
Do not move here the current landlord is a slumlord It tells you you can do stuff and then tells you that you can't and then when stuff needs to be fixed he doesn't ever fix it and if he does he fix it where it just should have never been done anyways because it was so bad condition that he did and then he just leaves it in whatever condition he left it in which he'll probably most likely tell us that it's our fault but he sure is right at your front door when it's time for rent
