Very unprofessional and not a welcoming guy when you speak to him— he almost comes off rude and his assistants will say the same thing about him like they did when they warned us about Paul when we moved in. They will also take your security deposit and act like you didn’t request for things to be fixed upon move in. Don’t waste your time with this guy…
The home was not in great condition upon move in and the charges after our move out were unacceptable.
I rented a condo in Phoenix for 3 years where Paul was the property manager and I had an excellent experience. I had very few issues (normal maintenance stuff that happens) and each issue was addressed promptly and taken care of. Paul was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and I highly recommend working with him.
