We came across home #1 for rent on Zillow. We selected the "ask a question" option, to see if the home was pet friendly? Since the listing didn't specify if pets were allowed or not. We never heard back regarding that home. That same day we inquired about home #2 on Zillow, which was indeed a pet friendly home and was contacted the very same day from Amelia Tutera who works for West USA Realty.
