I have rented from this facility and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone who works here. I do maintenance work for them as well after I had bought my own place. Scott is a wonderful person to work with and is very intent on taking care of their tenants. This is by far a much better realty group than any other I have dealt with in the past.
I had to move my family after 6 month of renting one of their properties due to toxic mold in the house. I asked many times for them to remove and clean the drywall/wood and they refused. We moved and they kept our deposit and refuse to call me back and explain why they’ve kept all my money and won’t assist with moving costs. They treat the tenants as adversaries , they are very dishonest , and make claims to harass the tenants. An will find anything to try an fine you, for extra charges, when i viewed a property for rent, many simple maintenance issue were not corrected prior to moving in, if you complain about their treatment they start a harassment campaign against you.
