I have nothing in particular against this company but I would like to publicly report the pathetic and greedy behavior of the agent RAFI HAMAMDJIAN. This person did not return the deposit for an apartment rented with him after making me waste time looking for a new tenant and then going back on his word by announcing that he did not want to sign a contract with anyone else. Tell me why a property is listed on your website and you don't know anything about it. Thank you for wasting my time. Next time have your info updated. I just wasted hours of my time scrolling through your stupid site. Lazy. Next you will be getting a complaint from the BBB and attorney general and every other complaint line I can get ahold of.
Mark is very helpful and creative. He really does go above and beyond. He cares for his clients best interest every step of the way. He also, has a way of listening and connecting with anyone. Definitely call him if you are getting ready to list or buy a home.
One star because they have Tim Achey. He manages 1332 East Kaler Drive Phoenix. Two of the most interesting tenants include members of the Hells Angles MC, yes you read that right, and his sister who horded out the property. She was taken to court by the city because she refused to clean up the property. The current tenant was in the house less than a month before starting trouble with one of the neighbors. I can only assume he is a reflection of how West USA does business.
