This review pertains to any WestUrban project you can find scattered along Boronia Rd in Wantirna - the quality of all of these builds are absolute garbage and do not deserve your money. These guys pump out only the finest of modern day slums (I should know, I'm living in one of them). These guys pump out only the finest of modern day slums (I should know, I'm living in one of them). Toilet cistern lids siliconed to walls, unpainted surfaces, poor colour matching of obvious revisits to painting, flooring that isn't joined properly, rain water tank pumps that draw a continuous 900W of electricity 24/7, rainwater tank installed that spew mains water endlessly into the tank, kitchen cabinetry that fouls against the oven door, external flashing that isn't sealed properly... I built my sidebyside project with Westurban during the covid period. The delays, labour shortages, and lockdowns made the whole process extremely challenging. Looking back almost two years after completion, I can finally say that Westurban is one of the very good companies in this industry.
