Security needs to be improved. Homeless are sleeping in the stairwell. And tonight, someone just got stabbed in the stairwell. This is very sad that the tenants are not more protected.

I don’t live here but I am a caregiver who cares for clients who live in this building and i have seen a drastic change in safety and cleanliness of the building since Guardian management took over. There’s always trash in and around the building and stairwells. I am terrified to get on that elevator due to the concerning shaking/stalling/and banging noises it makes, and will only do so if transporting a client who can’t walk as we have no choice.
