I had to work with Weststar during an insurance claim on a property, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a mortgage servicing company. Their team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, answered questions promptly, and got things done in a timely manner. Great customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Weststar, for making what could have been a stressful process so much easier!

WestStar is one of the slowest mortgage servicing companies I've dealt with, and they don't seem to be utilizing today's technology. In this day and age, speed and clarity of communication are absolutely critical — and this is an area where they fall short.

I have worked with several mortgage companies over the years and have never had an experience like this. This company has hidden fees and a lack of transparency that is extremely frustrating. The worst part is that we were never notified our account was past due until seven months later, after nearly $9,000 in late fees had accumulated. PLEASE READ‼️ I would assume I’m like many of us this day n age who struggle to find good in most anyone especially if you don’t really know them. But today that thought process was truly changed. I had a very unfortunate series of events take place over the last 3 months.
