West Star was responsible for issuing the monthly mortgage payments for the company that purchased our home. They sent two payments that were less than the required mortgage amount, and communication throughout the process was poor. This forced the mortgage company to put 30 day late on our credit report. Kathryn refused to accept responsibility and demonstrated a lack of effective communication during closing. Our closing took place on January 22, and we did not receive our funds until February 9. working with west star absolutely has been a nightmare i do not recommend this company they are so unorganized i feel like im getting scammed they never know anything and every time i call them i try to be as polite as possible but they make so impossible
