Weststar is a SCAM to get you to pay fees fees fees fees ridiculous fees, I had an account with Weststar for about 6 months to pay off my financing. I asked for my payoff amount and was advised it would be emailed to me in 2 days, I didn’t receive it so I went to the office to inquire and was told that we emailed it to you today at 9am, I grabbed my phone to check my email, spam, junk, inbox, nothing was there.. while they were looking into it. This is hands down the most frustrating and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is completely unreliable—they provide conflicting information and seem confused about their own processes. There’s no online payment system in place (in 2025?!), so you’re forced to go out of your way just to make a payment. Even after jumping through all the hoops—getting a cashier’s check, wasting time and money to deliver it in person—they still find a way to turn you away. Working with Weststar Pacific Mortgage has been an absolute nightmare. They consistently mailed my mortgage payment checks late, forcing me to pay repeated late fees through no fault of my own. To make matters worse, when I tried to get answers, they couldn’t even track the checks they claimed to have sent. It took over a month to resolve a single payment issue. Their complete lack of accountability, professionalism, or basic competence is beyond frustrating. I would not recommend this company. It was a disaster.

After working with other Service Providers with my Note business, West Star was a breath of fresh air. They reply and/or call you back very promptly - some times with in minutes. and pay attention to the issue and resolve it promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. I will be moving all my business to them!
