West Star was responsible for issuing the monthly mortgage payments for the company that purchased our home. working with west star absolutely has been a nightmare i do not recommend this company they are so unorganized i feel like im getting scammed they never know anything and every time i call them i try to be as polite as possible but they make so impossible

I have had an ongoing and extremely frustrating experience with Westar. My mortgage payment is consistently sent late or to the wrong place, causing late fees and penalties that I am forced to pay even though the errors are not mine. This has happened repeatedly. When the mortgage servicer on my account changed, I immediately provided the updated documents, emailed multiple representatives, and went into the office in person several times. Stay away Horrible communication they don’t even email you back or take the time to even give you a call. It’s been consistent issues in a year that I’ve been with them stay away.
