Do not get your vehicle serviced here. This place is awful. Pricing is never consistent. They left the cab of my truck dirty with oil on all over the center console. The last three times I have taken my truck to their shop I have asked for air to be put in the four rear tires and nothing has been done. You would think for almost eight hundred dollars in service that I asked for they would treat my vehicle a little better. From now on I'll go where I bought the truck to get it serviced, even if it is 2 hours away.
When I went looking for a vehicle that would fit us all, Jeremiah was there to help me. They just got the Tahoe in, went to take it home and had some issues, I got a loaner for the time my vehicle was in their care. They took care of all the recalls, all the issues I had with the driver seat, and the very back seatbelts. I got weekly updates when I called, the service staff is amazing, Mercedes helped so much, and now I have my Tahoe and my precious cargo is safe because they wouldn't let me leave with the vehicle with conce... read more
