My goodness where to begin…First I will say I typically don’t take time to leave reviews because it seems like most places across all industries do the minimum to check boxes and complete a job, sale, etc. However, when people go above and beyond, truly caring for a customer or patient it’s worth writing about. If I could give them 0 stars at this point, I would. My vehicle has been in this dealership on and off for going on 16 weeks for an issue that should’ve and could’ve been an easy fix if it had been done properly the first time. There has been minimal communication; with multiple times where they were unsure of it even being in their system.
